Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Project Manager to join the US Provider Engagement team. This remote role analyzes provider data, manages the referral pipeline, and coordinates behind the scenes so field teams focus on providers.

You will own data, reporting, and coordination across leadership and field account managers, while ensuring CRM data quality. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in project management within healthcare or related sectors, plus strong analytics, CRM experience, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, operations, or field team support in healthcare, pharma, CROs, or health tech.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; able to build dashboards and turn data into insights.
• Experienced with CRM platforms and data quality discipline.
• Structured project management; can run multiple workstreams to deadline without dropping balls.
• Full professional English fluency; able to communicate with US-based executives and field teams.
• Available to work US Eastern business hours.
• Hands-on and thorough; completes detailed work without cutting corners.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment; builds structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider and referral data to identify high-potential oncology practices and prioritize territories.
• Own the provider referral pipeline from first contact through enrollment handoff; flag stalls and drive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and enforce data hygiene standards across the team.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports on field activity, referrals, conversion, and SLAs.
• Coordinate field team operating rhythm: meeting prep, action items, follow-up tracking, accountability.
• Run provider onboarding as a project with documentation, workflows, and handoffs to operations and patient-facing teams.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, and best practices as the function scales.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, customer success, and tech teams to move patients through the funnel.
