Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Delivery Manager to scale the operational engine converting AI-matched patients into enrolled trial participants. You will own the enrollment funnel end-to-end, coordinating across clinical operations, technology, and customer success, with external sites, sponsors, and CROs.

• 5-8 years leading operational delivery in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Own a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end-to-end with measurable drop-off.
• Experience scaling an operational function in a fast-growing org.
• Coordinate across external partners and internal teams across countries/time zones.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Structured project management to run multiple streams to deadline.
• High energy and comfort with ambiguity in a startup setting.
