Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Analyst to support daily workflow in evaluating patient records for trial eligibility and guiding matched patients from referral to enrollment.

You will monitor bottlenecks, ensure quality of clinical reviews, and help optimize AI-driven matching processes across cross-functional teams. The role involves creating trackers, SOPs, and training materials, with a focus on oncology-related clinical operations.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• 3+ years in clinical operations, research, or practice; oncology exposure preferred.
• Working knowledge of clinical trials: eligibility, screening, consent, and enrollment.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Team management experience is a strong plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Clear written communication to document findings for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and report the referral-to-enrollment funnel across active trials.
• Analyze where cases slow down or drop off, identify causes, and propose improvements.
• Monitor quality and turnaround of clinical review work, including eligibility assessments.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports used by the team and leadership.
• Apply oncology knowledge to support eligibility review on complex cases.
• Write and maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials; onboard new team members.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve AI-driven patient-to-trial matching workflows.
• Partner with patient engagement and enrollment teams to remove blockers and keep cases moving.
