Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree.
• 3+ years in clinical operations, clinical research, or clinical practice; oncology/hematology exposure is a plus.
• Knowledge of the clinical trial process: inclusion/exclusion, screening, consent, and enrollment.
• Strong analytical skills with data in Excel, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Team management experience is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Clear written communication for stakeholders.
• Comfort in fast-moving, remote cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Track referral-to-enrollment funnel across active trials.
• Analyze slow-downs/drop-offs; identify causes and implement improvements.
• Monitor quality and turnaround of clinical review work; flag issues early.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Apply oncology knowledge to eligibility reviews on complex cases.
• Write and maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials; onboard new team members.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve AI-driven matching workflows.
• Partner with patient engagement and enrollment teams to remove blockers.
