Massive Bio is seeking an Enrollment Delivery Manager to scale the operational engine that turns AI-matched patients into enrolled trial participants. You will own enrollment outcomes and the processes behind them in a high-growth setting, coordinating with clinical operations, technology, and customer success teams across sites, sponsors, CROs, and networks.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience leading operational delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end; measure drop-off and improve throughput.
• Track record of scaling an operational function in a fast-growing organization; build repeatable processes and increase capacity without proportional headcount.
• Experience coordinating across multiple external partners and internal teams across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong analytical skills; build dashboards, work in Excel, present in PowerPoint, and make data-driven decisions.
• Structured project management discipline with the ability to run multiple parallel workstreams to deadline.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enrollment funnel end to end: qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical ops, technology, customer success) and external stakeholders (sites, sponsors, CROs, networks) to drive throughput and reduce friction.
• Lead and grow a team of Project Managers to expand delivery capacity as volume scales.
• Drive measurement and improvement of delivery processes across countries and partners.
