Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to own the full end-to-end project cycle, coordinating intake planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with strategic objectives. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, PMO maintenance, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include organizing PMO artifacts, facilitating planning sessions, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep PMO tools organized and up to date.
• Manage projects end-to-end with clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Facilitate alignment meetings with senior management and primary stakeholders.
• Schedule 1:1s with project owners for performance, alignment, and feedback.
• Propose improvements to processes within the PMO Division.
• Collaborate with Data team to gather required reports or metrics.
• Ensure projects align with company priorities and PMO standards.
• Organize Kick-off Meetings to align scope and timelines.
• Plan Intake sessions with Project Leads to gather information.
• Engage in PMO meetings, raise issues, and contribute to solutions.
• Maintain PMO monitoring artifacts: RAID Matrix, Milestone Plan, Project Updates Report.
• Manage stakeholder engagement based on influence vs impact.
• Close projects following PMO procedures and archive records.
