Job summary

ReHire, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / PMO to oversee technology projects within an international team. You will act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams, manage plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively address risks.

The role is 100% remote, with US Eastern working hours, and offers a competitive USD salary with growth opportunities in a global environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or similar roles, preferably within technology or software development environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other PM methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate technology projects from planning through completion.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams.
Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and action items across multiple stakeholders.
Proactively identify and address risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays.
Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reporting.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure alignment around expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Maintain strong follow-up and accountability across teams and stakeholders.
