Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program or Delivery Management in software outsourcing.
• Experience leading large multi-team engineering organizations (100+ specialists).
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe knowledge.
• Proven client communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel internationally 3-4 times/year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery stability by monitoring workflows and KPIs.
• Oversee quality control to meet delivery standards.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify delivery risks early and coordinate corrective actions.
