Zarego is seeking a Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across distributed teams. The role focuses on guiding projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring delivery of defined scope and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of software project management experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and proficiency with Agile/Scrum. Remote work is available; English proficiency is required (C1-C2).

Formación

• 4+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks (incl. sprint planning and retrospectives).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana.

What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience managing software development projects across distributed teams.

Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).

Experience with version control and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Git, Jira).

Solid technical understanding of software systems.

Proficiency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

Scrum Master certification is highly valued.

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
