Destiny in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead 2–4 client engagements at a time, turning briefs into clear scopes and milestones and coordinating cross-functional teams of designers and engineers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will run rituals like standups and retros, protect scope and quality, and serve as the trusted partner for our clients' product leads in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Formación

• 4+ years managing software product delivery (digital agencies a plus).
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Ability to push back kindly to protect scope and quality.
