• Wear the Customer’s Shoes: Manage inbound porting requests with care, urgency, and accuracy to ensure seamless transitions when porting numbers to Twilio or hosting services.
• Collaborate with engineers, support, product managers, and carrier partners across diverse teams while driving unified outcomes.
• Share insights, documentation, and solutions with peers to improve processes and transparency.
