Twilio is seeking a Fast Track Operations Specialist (L2) to join the global onboarding team. You will work directly with customers to onboard A2P numbers with personalized, 1:1 engagement, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

You will operate in a remote-first environment, with occasional in-person meetings, and collaborate with product and account teams to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in rotational shifts 8:00am to 5pm Bogota time.
• A2P compliance experience required.
• Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized onboarding support for customers on Fast Track Packages.
• Resolve onboarding issues and meet onboarding demands.
• Provide compliance guidance for all A2P products.
• Manage onboarding SLAs and credit utilization per product.
• Collaborate with operations to scale onboarding volumes per customer.
• Join weekly calls to report metrics and review open items.
