Twilio is seeking a Product Operations Specialist I to support porting and hosting operations for our Global Number Management team. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven individual eager to work at the intersection of product, operations, and telecom.

You will work across carrier networks, internal tools, and product teams to troubleshoot and optimize porting workflows at scale, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in BPO, customer campaigns, tech support, or related areas.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) or automation tools.
• Structured thinking and clear communication.
• Basic AI prompting and workflow building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners.
• Familiar with ticketing systems and internal platforms.
• Able to learn quickly, adapt to changing processes, and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Champion customer experience by managing inbound porting requests with care and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, support, PMs, and carrier partners to drive outcomes.
• Share insights and solutions to improve operational processes.
• Maintain accurate records of porting workflows and hosting cases.
• Follow regulatory standards and protect customer data.
• Take initiative to propose improvements and navigate complexity.
• Identify recurring issues to improve workflows and tooling.
• Strive to exceed SLAs and continuously optimize core operations.
