Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing technical role, preferably supporting REST API or enterprise software.
• Understanding of technology stacks common to the Web ecosystem.
• Functional knowledge of general-purpose programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Handle messaging/email cases from developers and brands and guide them through troubleshooting.
• Talk with customers by phone and chat to help develop their SMS applications.
• Collaborate with teammates and Product/Engineering; file Jira bugs and share findings to improve processes.
