Twilio is hiring a Product Operations Specialist I to support porting and hosting operations, ensuring smooth number transitions and hosting management. You will coordinate with carriers, internal tools, and product teams to optimize porting workflows at scale.

The entry-level role suits detail-oriented individuals with customer-service skills, eager to work at the intersection of product and telecom. Remote role based in Colombia.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in BPO, customer campaigns, tech support, or related areas.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented processes.
• Basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) or SQL.
• Structured thinking and documentation skills.
• Basic AI prompting and workflow building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
• Comfort with ticketing tools like Zendesk and JIRA.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Customer-centric mindset; telecom familiarity; APIs exposure.
