Twilio is seeking a Personalized Support Expert 2 to join our Global Personalized support team. This role, based in Colombia, requires handling a variety of Twilio products while collaborating with Technical Account Managers to advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing technical role with an emphasis on REST API support. Join us in making impactful customer experiences in a remote-first work environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role.
• Expertise in supporting REST API and cloud solutions.
• Experience with service level agreements (SLA) of 3 hours or less.

Responsabilidades

• Use technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues.
• Collaborate with customers’ developers and architects.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and bugs, including filing JIRAs.
