SnappyCX is seeking a Patient Support & Prescription Order Coordinator to handle patient communications and manage prescription orders for a U.S. healthcare environment. This remote role focuses on accurate order processing, privacy, and timely updates for patients and pharmacies.

You will submit orders via LifeFile, verify data accuracy, and coordinate with both patients and compounding pharmacies while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Prior U.S. healthcare experience is valued.

Formación

• Experience navigating US healthcare workflows and patient data
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security regulations
• High attention to detail when reviewing orders and data
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet and quiet workspace

Responsabilidades

• Submit and track prescription orders to compounding pharmacies using LifeFile.
• Review patient and prescription details for 100% accuracy before submission.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, or chat about order statuses and questions.
• Follow up with pharmacies to resolve missing information or delays.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and data privacy.
• Collaborate with internal staff and learn the organization’s platform.
