Responsabilidades

• Submit and track prescription orders to compounding pharmacies using LifeFile.
• Review patient details for accuracy before submission.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, or chat about statuses.
• Follow up with pharmacies to resolve missing information or delays.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and update patient records.
• Collaborate with internal staff and learn proprietary platform.
