Carbon Health seeks a compassionate remote administrative specialist to ensure patients have all required documents and to support clinicians across California and Nevada from a centralized location.

You will manage referrals, prior authorizations, and secure messaging via the Carbon Health App while upholding patient satisfaction and operational success through established protocols and proactive improvements.

Formación

• Provide compassionate customer service via phone, email, and other platforms.
• Familiarity with Apple products and Google Business Suite apps.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during challenging situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional friendliness, empathy and customer service via phone, email and other platforms.
• Perform troubleshooting steps to ensure prompt resolution to platform issues.
• Prioritize tasks between multiple platforms and responsibilities.
• Triage situations while gathering vital information for resolution (verifying insurance, reviewing self-pay pricing).
• Own the process of writing and issuing important referrals.
• Handle prior authorizations for imaging and specialty services.
• Own the response to faxes, live chats, emails and secure messages via the Carbon Health App.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all things Carbon Health.
• Follow established protocols to ensure operational integrity.
• Develop and suggest process improvements that benefit patients and operations.
• Ensure patients have completed documentation for Virtual Video Visits.
