Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Project Manager to own delivery of marketing work for US clients. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

You will coordinate with PPC/SEO strategists, writers and designers, run client communications, track scope, identify risks early, and drive tasks to completion, all while maintaining calm under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
