INGEPSY is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to assist in organizing and managing client requests within a structured service environment. This remote position allows you to coordinate pre-arranged services, understand client timelines, and translate their needs into clear, organized plans.

You will work closely with clients to understand preferences and expectations, coordinating schedules, confirmations, and service-related arrangements to ensure a smooth overall experience.
