Nexoratalent is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to organize and manage client requests within a structured service environment. You will translate client needs into clear plans, coordinate schedules, confirmations, and service-related arrangements, and ensure an accurate and smooth experience.

In this remote role based in Bogotá, you will work with clients to understand preferences and timelines, maintain documentation, and communicate professionally across email and messaging

Formación

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using digital tools and internal systems.
