Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a proactive Pipeline Sourcer / Recruiter to support high-volume, field-based hiring for a major client in construction across the continental United States.

You will build strong talent pipelines and coordinate interviews for canvassing teams and retail associates while supporting U.S.-based hiring efforts. The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates in Colombia, and requires English proficiency (B2+ / C1) with EST working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience supporting US-based hiring across multiple states.
• Experience recruiting for field-based, retail, canvassing, or construction roles.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and remote, globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for canvasing and retail roles across multiple US states.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Use multiple sourcing channels: job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify candidate pools.
• Screen candidates via phone and video to assess experience, availability, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
