Job summary

DOXA is seeking a proactive Pipeline Sourcer/Recruiter to support high-volume, face-to-face hiring for a major US client in construction. This fully remote role prefers candidates based in Colombia, aligned to U.S. business hours and across multiple states.

You will source, screen, and pipelines for canvassing and retail roles while collaborating with client teams. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in recruiting, strong English, and solid ATS/sourcing experience in a distributed team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring across multiple states.
• Experience recruiting for field-based, retail, canvassing, or construction roles.
• Experience with big box retail environments is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for canvasing roles and retail associates across multiple U.S. states.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Use job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach for sourcing.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify strong candidate pools.
• Screen candidates via phone and video interviews for experience, availability, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Track recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill and pipeline health.
