This fully remote role prefers candidates based in Colombia with experience aiding U.S.-based hiring teams. The role requires strong sourcing skills, ownership mindset, and excellent English (B2+ to C1).

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years in recruiting or talent sourcing.
• Experience in high-volume environments and supporting U.S.-based hiring across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for canvasing roles and retail associates across U.S. states.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Use multiple sourcing channels: job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and candidate screening via phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; maintain ATS records.
