Job Duck, LLC is hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support a busy US-based personal injury practice. You will track cases, manage attorney calendars, draft motions and pleadings, and coordinate depositions while working remotely in a low-call-volume setting.

Ideal candidates have a law degree, strong litigation knowledge, English communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Advanced legal knowledge and litigation experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage complex case assignments and legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Track active cases and ensure progress.
• Manage attorney calendars and scheduling requests.
• Monitor deadlines and support timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions with involved parties.
• Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, and proceedings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.
