Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is seeking a Personal Injury Case Assistant to support Case Managers by collecting records, processing bills, and organizing documents in a fast-paced remote setting. You will coordinate with investigators, manage deadlines, and use Filevine to keep files up to date.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment. Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with a remote setup from Colombia.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury, legal support, or case management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Filevine or similar legal case management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with records requests, bill processing, and case organization.
• Coordinate with investigators to obtain crash reports and supporting documents.
• Respond to client inquiries and route complex matters to the appropriate team member.
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation and case requirements.
• Track outstanding requests and perform follow-ups as needed.
• Prepare and upload records into Filevine and assist with pre-litigation processes.
