Pharmbills LLC in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented payments and accounts receivable specialist to work remotely with our U.S.-based clients. You will process payments, match invoices, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.

Ideal candidates will have experience in payment processing or accounting, proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software, and a proactive approach to solving payment discrepancies while coordinating with international teams.

• Experience with payment processing, accounting or data entry is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
