👤 What You’ll Do:

• ✔️ Analyze accounts to identify underpayments, denials, and missed charges.
• ✔️ Prepare and submit appeals, claim corrections, and follow-ups with payers and clearinghouses.
• ✔️ Reconcile payments, post adjustments, and ensure accurate account records.
• ✔️ Communicate with payer representatives and, when required, with patients to clarify balances and resolve discrepancies.
• ✔️ Track recovery metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce future revenue leakage.
• ✔️ Use CRM, billing systems, and Excel to document actions and maintain clear audit trails.

📚 What You Bring / What You’ll Need:

• ✅ Prior experience in revenue recovery, claims follow-up, denials management, or collections (healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus).
