Job summary

Kavren Technologies is hiring a Customer Care & Sales Representative for the patient lines of a U.S. outpatient clinic. This is a remote, exclusive independent contractor role based in Colombia, with a fixed 40-hour workweek and a monthly base pay of USD 1,000 plus performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in call center, patient reception, appointment setting, or phone sales.
• Professional Spanish (native or bilingual) and working English for internal communication.
• Able to invoice as independent contractor in Colombia.
• Reliable for a fixed 8-hour coverage block, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient-line calls promptly and courteously in Spanish and in English as needed.
• Log every call, appointment, sale and follow-up in the company systems the same day.
• Present and sell approved services, and book, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments.
• Handle questions and objections professionally and follow approved scripts.
• Stay connected on Microsoft Teams for the full shift and answer leadership within 10 minutes.
