Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales closing, intake or business development.
• Experience with social media basics for content management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI considerations.
• Neutral English accent for US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• High-EQ discovery, qualification and closing of consultations.
• Manage social media content for the founder and brand.
• Nurture an inbound pipeline of ~120–130 leads per month.
• Enforce upfront consultation deposits and session payments.
• Calendar management and EMR handoff of records.
• No-show mitigation and re-engagement workflows.
