Huzzle.com is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a premier holistic health clinic in Hawaii. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary contact for patients, managing high-volume outreach and ensuring all individuals seeking care are successfully booked. Your communication skills will be critical as you build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.

This position requires exceptional verbal skills, experience in appointment setting, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling.
• Exceptional verbal communication and a strong phone presence.
• Active listening skills to have authentic conversations.
• Experience handling sales objections while maintaining a helpful tone.
• High organizational discipline with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM HST.
• High-energy personality with the ability to motivate others.

Mansioni

• Manage 150+ dials per day to leads and patients.
• Answer all incoming calls professionally.
• Schedule appointments for various services.
• Follow up on website leads and former patients.
• Handle patient objections with empathy.
• Maintain records in Google Sheets and Calendar.
• Execute text and email follow-ups to minimize no-shows.
