InsideOut is seeking a New Patient Coordinator & Marketing Assistant for a remote, high-growth mental health practice. You will qualify inbound leads, close consultations, and manage social media content for growth and client acquisition.
The role blends empathy with sales, handling 120–130 inquiries monthly, enforcing upfront deposits, coordinating calendars, and transferring records in the EMR. Strong English is required and GoHighLevel is a plus.
Are you an empathetic, high-trust professional with a strong sales drive? We are looking for an exceptional New Patient Coordinator & Marketing Assistant to manage client acquisition, consultations, and social media for a premier, high-growth mental health practice!
C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED.
The client is a premier, high-growth private mental health practice providing top-tier in-person and virtual psychiatry and counseling services across Florida. With locations in Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, and Port Charlotte, the practice specializes in evidence-based treatments—including medication management, individual therapy, couples/family counseling, and certified EMDR therapy.
The client differentiates itself through its "Get Better Guarantee" and structured 4-Phase therapeutic process designed to achieve rapid, tangible results. The group is built on a philosophy of "therapy redefined." We do not believe in indefinite therapy without purpose or direction. Our clinicians work toward measurable progress, root-cause identification, and helping clients return to a higher quality of life as efficiently as possible. This unique model rejects the traditional structure of endless, multi-year counseling cycles to instead focus heavily on goal-oriented healing and successful patient discharge.
This is a hybrid operational and client acquisition role, acting as the vital first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health support, while also managing the practice's social media presence during downtime. You are an empathetic, high-trust onboarding professional responsible for qualifying inbound leads and confidently closing consultations.
This role requires a rare blend of deep emotional intelligence and aggressive sales capability. You are dealing with individuals often going through their darkest moments; however, your ultimate objective is to act as a closer-ensuring prospective clients feel supported while confidently guiding them to commit financially and book an appointment. Additionally, you will utilize your downtime to manage the founder's social media content, editing and uploading videos to drive client acquisition.
