GoodRec, a fast-growing US tech startup, is seeking a Partnerships Associate to own a portfolio of venue partners across key US markets. This is a commercial role with growth opportunities and cross-functional exposure, including operations as needed.

You will renegotiate time slots, expand partnerships from one game to multiple, analyze market data, and manage contracts, billing, and scheduling while coordinating with internal teams to go live.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Native or near-native English level: fluent verbal and written communication.
• Full-time availability.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business) or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Go back to venue partners week after week and negotiate more time slots, better rates, and expanded terms.
• Own your market's revenue growth and be accountable to weekly numbers.
• Review market fill rates and cancellation data to optimize slots and terms.
• Manage full relationships with venues including contracts, billing, scheduling, and growth conversations.
