GoodRec, a fast-growth US tech startup, is seeking an operations associate to help connect communities to their local games. You will play a pivotal role in growth and profitability as part of the business development team, handling game analysis, scheduling, and player experience improvements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in commercial roles, strong English, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Weekend availability is required in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial-related roles (business development, operations, sales, or similar).
• Advanced English level: excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze game revenue and strategy to guide expansion decisions.
• Book game times with facilities, schedule payments, and ensure accurate app listings.
• Monitor and improve player experience and app usability across games.
• Investigate issues at games and communicate with facilities to resolve them.
