Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Partner Engagement & Communications Specialist (Hubspot) to manage donor and school partner communications, write engaging emails, and design assets in Canva for consistent branding.

You will maintain HubSpot records, leverage generative AI tools for content creation, guide onboarding journeys for new supporters, and track deadlines in ClickUp, delivering weekly reports. This remote role requires proactive communication and strong English writing for US audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit donor relations, donor stewardship, or customer success.
• Experience writing for faith-based or values-based audiences.
• Ability to maintain three distinct and consistent brand voices across communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner Communications: Execute the partner touchpoint calendar, including thank-you emails, impact updates, recognition moments, and event communications.
• Email Content and Design: Write and design partner emails using FloDesk and HubSpot.
• Graphic Design: Create graphics, quote cards, and partner-facing materials using Canva.
• Donor Welcome Journey: Manage the welcome journey for new monthly donors, from the initial thank-you message through the 60-day touchpoint.
• Partner Support: Assist with the monthly Partner Statement, donor partner briefings, and appreciation gift coordination.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate partner records in HubSpot, including touchpoint history and partner type.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Use generative AI tools to draft, personalize, and repurpose content efficiently, ensuring all materials reflect the brand voice.
• Task and Deadline Management: Manage tasks and deadlines in ClickUp and submit weekly reports on completed partner touchpoints.
