Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Contract Manager to manage UpMarket for our 1:Few US accounts from remote Colombia. You will handle all assigned contract inquiries, renewal execution, and maximize customer investment with HubSpot.

You will negotiate renewals, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to grow accounts, and lead renewal processes with internal stakeholders to deliver a superb customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to execute product expansion opportunities.
• Grow accounts and drive incremental opportunities with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Management to ensure a positive renewal experience.
• Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal teams.
• Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by sharing feedback and piloting new processes.
