Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance-focused Google Ads specialist to own and grow a set of DTC accounts from $5k monthly budgets to six-figure spends. You will be the direct client contact, presenting results, plans, and the reasoning behind every decision.

You'll audit, optimize, and own the entire funnel—from feed and landing pages to tracking and reporting—while differentiating brand vs non-brand tactics and ensuring incremental gains through disciplined use of AI tools and data.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and can show CPA, ROAS, and actions taken.
• You are fluent across the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM; Bing a plus.
• You are AI-native and can build and ship a landing page using AI tools; you communicate in English with native proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship; present results, plans, and reasoning; answer when something is not working.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, and conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns; track impressions and CPA and report separately.
• Understand what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation in check; audit auto-applied suggestions and assets on a schedule.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene; titles, disapprovals, promotions, and impact on Shopping/PMax.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, enhanced conversions, offline conversions; diagnose reconciliations.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, reporting; leverage AI to build and deploy.
