Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a results-driven Google Ads expert to own end-to-end client campaigns across Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. You will speak directly with clients, present plans and results, and own the entire funnel from feed to landing pages.

You should have hands-on spend on DTC/eCommerce, be fluent in English, and comfortable with a remote, worldwide team. Expect high autonomy and tight client engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax, not just search.
• Fluent in English; able to explain thinking clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts, including client communication and updates.
• Audit campaigns, feed, landing pages, and tracking; present findings and plan to clients.
• Build and ship landing pages and scripts as needed; optimize for incremental impact.
• Defend attribution choices and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS improvements.
