WITHIN is the world’s first Performance Branding company. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Google Ads Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, staying close to the work in-platform while guiding bidding, measurement, and growth.

You will solve complex challenges and raise the Google Ads capability of the broader team. This role requires mentoring teammates, driving client outcomes, and collaborating with analytics, creative, and account teams to optimize feeds,

Formación

• 3-5 years hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients, preferably in an agency.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max and measurement.
• Proven track record of improving client outcomes and explaining decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Google Ads strategy and optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Oversee performance across client accounts and align with business goals.
• Guide value-based bidding, enhanced conversions, and measurement gaps with partners.
• Develop testing plans and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on opportunities and priorities.
• Coach teammates and coordinate across accounts.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams on feeds, ads, and landing pages.
