Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in a digital marketing setting.
• Proven ability to independently build, manage, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and spend.
• Working knowledge of GA4 for reporting and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple client accounts.
• Develop paid search strategies based on goals, audiences, budgets, and performance.
• Conduct keyword, search term, and competitor research.
• Manage bids, budgets, targeting, match types, negatives, and structure.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and other elements.
• Write conversion-focused ad copy and analyze performance with GA4 and GA tools.
• Provide campaign updates and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to support goals.
