Floowi is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to orchestrate Google Ads campaigns for multi-location franchise brands. You will own campaign structure, budgets, and cross-account optimization, with a focus on measurable outcomes like calls, form submissions, and bookings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience, a solid grasp of attribution and offline conversions, and advanced English. Remote-first role with EST alignment and USD salary.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Experience with multi-location accounts and call tracking.
• Google Ads certifications (Search) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of campaign structure, bidding, and attribution.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and related campaigns for multi-location brands.
• Manage budgets and pacing across hundreds of locations to align with market goals.
• Analyze search terms, manage negative keywords, and test ad copy/assets for improvements.
• Configure location targeting, location assets, and Google Business Profile integrations across accounts.
• Implement and QA conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and offline conversion data.
• Collaborate with attribution systems to capture click IDs/UTMs and import offline conversions.
• Utilize Google Ads Editor, scripts, and AI tools to streamline management.
