Job summary

Floowi seeks a Technical SEO & GEO Specialist to implement hands-on SEO on WordPress sites, focusing on canonical setup, on-page signals, internal linking, structured data, crawlability, and indexation to improve visibility.

You will architect GEO and AI Search strategies for Google AI Overviews and AI platforms, drive backlink and content authority programs, and lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives while collaborating with development and content teams to embed SEO in workflows.

Qualifications

Advanced English (C1+) required.
Remote LATAM only.
Full-time, aligned with EST.
ASAP start date.

Responsibilities

Hands-on technical SEO implementation on WordPress sites (canonical, on-page signals, internal linking, structured data).
Develop and execute GEO and AI Search strategies for visibility across platforms.
Lead backlink and content authority-building programs.
Design and oversee A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversions.
Collaborate with UI, content, and web development teams to embed SEO into workflows.
Monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, and organic/AI search visibility; communicate status.
