Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $50,000–$100,000+
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Advertising
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and GA4/Tag Manager
• Knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and attribution

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Microsoft Ads (Bing).
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, revenue, and profitability.
• Monitor, optimize and report on key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and CAC.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid ads with product promotions, inventory and seasonal demand.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable strategies.
