Floowi is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to craft and execute a paid acquisition strategy for an early-stage SaaS company. You will optimize the full journey from first ad view to signup, activation, and paid subscription, using data-driven tests to scale growth.

Responsibilities include building Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring robust conversion tracking, and delivering measurable dashboards for CAC and key SaaS metrics. LATAM remote role with flexible remote-first policies.

Qualificações

• Proven experience running customer acquisition campaigns for SaaS businesses and understanding subscription economics, CAC, and trial-to-paid funnels.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, testing, optimization, scaling).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom conversion events, plus attribution and tracking implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns from ground up with targeting, budgeting, and testing.
• Audit and maintain reliable conversion tracking across Meta Ads, site, and signup funnel with Pixel and API.
• Analyze the full acquisition funnel to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
• Develop a structured creative testing strategy using data and customer insights for video concepts and ad formats.
• Execute landing page optimization and A/B testing to raise signup and paid conversion rates.
• Create dashboards to track CAC, conversion rates, and other SaaS growth metrics.
