Magic, Inc is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, overseeing a monthly budget of $225K-$250K+ and driving growth across LatAm. The role requires deep analytics, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with creative and analytics teams.

You will manage Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns, using tROAS bidding and advanced measurement to maximize revenue and ROAS. Remote-friendly, full-time position based in Colombia.

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years of hands-on Paid Search management (Google/Bing).
• Budgets of $150K+ per month managed with performance targets.
• Expertise with tROAS, portfolio bid strategies, and value-based bidding.
• Experience optimizing Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Strong GA4, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with third‑party SEM tools or bid management scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, buildout, optimization and daily management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation for high-intent search, PMax, and Demand Gen.
• Structure and refine campaigns for relevance, quality scores, and efficiency; optimize PMax assets and signals.
• Design and run structured A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and targeting.
• Ensure data integrity: conversion value modeling, OCT, and first-party data integration.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and Landing Page teams to deploy assets.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
