Pithy Marketing LLC is hiring a (remote) digital ads specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads for real U.S. accounts from Latin America. You will own campaigns, test strategies, and drive results with data-driven decisions rather than just executing tasks.

The role focuses on lead generation, budgets, and optimization, with collaboration from a team that values AI and automation to reduce repetitive work. This is a full‑time, 100% remote position for candidates in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead gen.
• Ability to manage campaigns and optimize based on data.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM for analytics and tagging.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Audit accounts, identify opportunities, and execute improvements.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, keywords, and campaign structure.
• Monitor performance and investigate changes with data-driven reasoning.
• Assess lead quality beyond CPL and report insights.
• Write ad copy, collaborate with design, and request landing page changes.
• Track results and recommend next steps to clients.
• Own accounts and flag potential issues early.
