Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Listen carefully to identify blockers to progress.
• Respond to objections and concerns effectively.
• Explain the value of speaking with a sales representative.
• Request qualified consumers to complete a live transfer.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer expectations.
