Greylock Resources in Colombia is seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative, bilingual in English and Spanish, to drive high-volume outbound outreach and close deals. This remote, full-time role covers Pacific Time hours and requires you to build rapport quickly, handle objections, document activity in the CRM, and meet daily and team targets.

Experience with U.S.-based clients is preferred; you must be based in Colombia and ready to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales

Formación

• Must be based in Colombia.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level required.
• Spanish fluency at native level.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or high-volume phone sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with high outbound call volumes daily.
• Experience with U.S.-based customers is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Engage prospects, identify needs, and present products or services.
• Close sales and work toward individual and team targets.
• Handle objections and turn resistance into opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Document calls, customer information, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily activity goals, conversion targets, and KPIs.
• Maintain a professional, positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
