Virtual Professional, based in Canada and serving North America, is seeking an Operations Analyst for a remote role. You will keep reports up-to-date, maintain data integrity in the TMS and USPS Portal, and proactively address service failures while looking for data trends to inform leadership.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or operations, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, dispatching, or operations coordination.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and updating customer information.
• Experience processing and tracking transportation-related documentation and meeting deadlines.
• Experience communicating with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and elevate operational issues to the appropriate team members.
• Experience coordinating additional trips/loads and working with transportation systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying potential issues before they escape.
• Experience using TMS platforms, customer portals, and transportation management systems. Experience with 3G is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records within the TMS and USPS Portal.
